Summer 2018 Meal Plan Options

If would like to purchase a meal plan or if you would like to make a change to the plan you have already selected, please visit the Residence & Housing office during office hours. If you have a question about the meal plans offered, please visit the Dining Hall by Residence or visit the Residence & Housing office. 

How To Buy: 

  1. Email your Meal Plan Request Form to housing@sfu.ca 
  2. Bring your Meal Plan Request Form to the Residence & Housing office during office hours or drop it off at the Dining Hall front desk.

To purchase or reload Dining Dollars, see one of our friendly cashiers at the Dining Hall, Mackenzie Café or Discovery Café. Dining Dollars can be used on Campus at Junction 65, Starbucks West Mall, Starbucks Cornerstone, Mackenzie Café, Diamond Alumni Centre, Discovery Café, West Mall Express or to buy a friend a meal at the Dining Hall.

How to Sign-Up

  • Download & complete the Ramadan Meal Form
  • Visit the dining hall in person to submit the form or email your completed form to gabriel.siu@sfu.ca
  • Cancelling the same day will count as a missed meal
  • Complete the food safety/dietary needs form
  • Pay deposit of $30 cash (refundable*)
  • Pick-up Ramadan To-Go Meals from cashier between 5pm & 10pm beginning May 15
 

Packed meals will include:

1 pack of dates (4-5 dates per person in a cookie bag)
2 different re-heatable meals (see sample menus)
2 bottled beverages (choice of juice, water, or soda)
1 carton of milk
2 whole fruits (apples, oranges, bananas, pears etc.)
1 dessert (cookies, brownies, cereal treats, fruit cups etc.)
1 bread (dinner rolls, sliced bread, naan, pita etc)
2 utensil packs and extra napkins
1 yogurt cup
Veggies & Hummus Cup
 
All items go in carry-out bag ready for pick-up between 5pm & 10pm
